About the Role
Imagine making a difference each day by ensuring guests receive spotless linens. As a Laundry Assistant at our Abu Dhabi property within the Curio Collection by Hilton, you contribute to creating unforgettable guest experiences through efficient linen management and excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of linen processing including collecting, sorting, washing, drying, ironing, folding, and delivering clean linens to relevant departments
- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of laundry machines and surrounding work areas to ensure smooth operations
- Keep track of linen inventory and laundry supplies to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained
- Attend promptly and courteously to any guest requests related to laundry services, enhancing overall guest satisfaction
