Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Information Technology Support Specialist to deliver efficient desk side support services. This role requires hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing responsive end-user support, and working onsite at our office location in Gaggenau, Baden-Württemberg, Germany.
Primary Duties
- Perform desk side support to resolve hardware and software problems.
- Assist users with technical issues related to MS Windows operating systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve end-user IT problems efficiently.
- Provide responsive support to users in person at the workplace.
Skills and Requirements
- Must possess 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in desktop support or field services engineering.
- Fluency in German at a C1 level and proficiency in English is required for effective communication.
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Basic knowledge of computer networking.
- Understanding of telecom systems and storage support is advantageous.
- Experience supporting mobile devices is a plus.
