Information Technology Support Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Information Technology Support Specialist to deliver efficient desk side support services. This role requires hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing responsive end-user support, and working onsite at our office location in Gaggenau, Baden-Württemberg, Germany.

Primary Duties

• Perform desk side support to resolve hardware and software problems.
• Assist users with technical issues related to MS Windows operating systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user IT problems efficiently.
• Provide responsive support to users in person at the workplace.

Skills and Requirements

• Must possess 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in desktop support or field services engineering.
• Fluency in German at a C1 level and proficiency in English is required for effective communication.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Basic knowledge of computer networking.
• Understanding of telecom systems and storage support is advantageous.
• Experience supporting mobile devices is a plus.
