Overview
Techinfo Services is seeking a Field Services Engineer for an onsite role in Halberstadt, Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. This position requires fluency in both German and English, with a focus on desktop support and field services engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver desk-side support services to end users efficiently and professionally.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across various devices.
- Provide comprehensive end user support to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience between 2 and 6 years in desk-side support or similar technical roles.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Proficiency in identifying and resolving hardware and software problems.
- Fluency in German and English languages is mandatory.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts is advantageous.
- Knowledge in telecom and storage systems support is a plus.
- Experience supporting mobile devices will be considered favorably.
