Role overview

This position serves as the main visual merchandising resource for the stores. The role focuses on guiding and supporting the visual team to deliver strong in-store presentation, while also partnering with the retail team to drive team development and improve store profitability.

Merchandising responsibilities

  • Make sure the weekly visual merchandising pack is fully implemented and that every required action has been completed across the assigned stores.
  • Carry out weekly floor walks in the stores to identify anything that needs attention and ensure issues are raised and resolved.

Communication and culture

  • Maintain regular contact with the Cluster Visual Merchandiser and Store Manager.
  • Prepare weekly store visit reports for the Cluster Visual Merchandiser and Store Manager, ensuring the team understands the actions required.
  • Share new ideas and improvement suggestions with the Visual Merchandiser Manager to support the continued growth of JD Sports Indonesia.
