Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team on a 12+ month contract basis, working in a hybrid model with presence required three days onsite and two days remotely. This role is focused on managing payroll functions across US and Canada regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support payroll operations for employees in both the US and Canada, including processing payroll and conducting validations.
- Handle employee payroll-related inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Perform payroll reconciliations and generate detailed reporting to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with relevant payroll regulations and standards.
- Collaborate and coordinate effectively with third-party payroll service providers.
Requirements and Skills
- Proficiency in Dayforce payroll and timekeeping systems.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Canada payroll procedures.
- Strong expertise in US payroll systems and regulations.
- Ability to support payroll operations across multiple countries smoothly.
