Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team on a 12+ month contract basis, working in a hybrid model with presence required three days onsite and two days remotely. This role is focused on managing payroll functions across US and Canada regions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support payroll operations for employees in both the US and Canada, including processing payroll and conducting validations.
Handle employee payroll-related inquiries promptly and accurately.
Perform payroll reconciliations and generate detailed reporting to ensure accuracy.
Ensure compliance with relevant payroll regulations and standards.
Collaborate and coordinate effectively with third-party payroll service providers.

Requirements and Skills

Proficiency in Dayforce payroll and timekeeping systems.
Extensive knowledge and experience with Canada payroll procedures.
Strong expertise in US payroll systems and regulations.
Ability to support payroll operations across multiple countries smoothly.
