Role and Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential candidates via professional platforms and networking events.
- Develop and nurture relationships with prospects to establish a reliable talent pool.
- Engage passive candidates through diverse sourcing strategies and outreach.
- Review and evaluate resumes and applications to determine candidate fit.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews virtually or in-person to assess suitability.
- Evaluate relevant skills, knowledge, and experiences of candidates.
- Maintain strong candidate relations throughout the hiring cycle.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
- Ensure candidates have a positive experience at each recruitment stage.
- Keep accurate and current records of all recruitment activities and candidate details.
- Advocate the company’s culture and brand to attract top talent.
