Job Overview
We are urgently seeking an HR Recruiter to join our team with roles based in Delhi (Sarita Vihar) and Kolkata, West Bengal. This position offers a competitive CTC between 3 and 5 lakh INR per annum along with attractive incentives. The work schedule is Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
The role demands managing end-to-end recruitment processes including client liaison, talent sourcing and headhunting, and candidate onboarding.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, and manpower hiring.
- Proficiency in using various job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, Indeed, Shine, and Apna for sourcing candidates.
- Capability to recruit candidates across junior, mid, senior, and higher management levels.
- Experience hiring in diverse sectors including ITI & Diploma roles, manufacturing, field sales, BFSI, eCommerce, banking, and both non-IT white and blue-collar positions.
- Graduate degree is mandatory.
- Familiarity with MS Office, Google Sheets, and Google Drive tools.
