Role Overview
This position is for a US voice process customer support executive working night shifts in a permanent work-from-home setup. The role involves handling inbound customer calls from US clients, resolving issues accurately, and maintaining service quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from US-based customers and assist them professionally.
- Provide correct and timely resolutions to customer queries and concerns.
- Maintain call quality benchmarks and customer satisfaction scores.
- Record customer interactions and update details as per the required process.
- Work strictly in line with standard operating procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- Only candidates with experience are eligible; freshers are not being considered.
- A gap-free career profile is required.
- Applicants should have 2 to 4 years of experience in a US voice BPO role.
- Strong spoken English skills are mandatory.
- Owning a personal laptop and a stable Wi-Fi connection is required.
- The schedule includes 6 working days per week with rotational weekly off.
- This is a permanent work-from-home role and can be performed from anywhere in India.
