Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers to introduce and market herbal and Ayurvedic products.
- Clearly articulate the benefits and characteristics of each product to customers.
- Assess customer requirements and suggest appropriate product options.
- Follow up on potential leads and convert inquiries into confirmed purchases.
- Maintain and update customer data meticulously in CRM systems or Excel sheets.
- Meet and strive to exceed sales targets set for daily, weekly, and monthly periods.
- Address customer inquiries and deliver high-quality post-sale assistance.
