Telecalling Executive

About the Role

Adverneo Marketing Private Limited is looking for a Telecalling Executive based in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. This position demands proactive interaction with potential and existing customers to generate leads, execute sales, and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and diligent follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in outbound calling to reach cold and warm leads from provided databases, promoting company products and services.
• Respond swiftly to incoming inquiries generated from marketing activities to reduce lost opportunities.
• Customize sales presentations using established scripts, adjusting delivery style to suit customer reactions.
• Manage small-ticket sales independently over the phone, while redirecting larger value deals to Senior Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate customer data within CRM platforms like Salesforce or Zoho CRM.
• Record details of client interactions including feedback, purchase intentions, objections, and schedule follow-ups.
• Report daily key performance indicators such as total calls, successful contacts, talk times, and conversion results to the Team Lead.
• Serve as an intermediary to escalate unresolved service issues between clients and technical support teams.
• Effectively overcome customer concerns including price objections, competitor comparisons, and skepticism with clear and factual information.
