Role overview
Globiva is looking to add a Customer Service Executive for a voice-based support role in Gurugram, Sector 18 (Phase 4). The position is focused on handling customer conversations over calls and delivering service with strong communication and issue-resolution skills.
Eligibility
Applicants should be graduates or undergraduates with at least 6 months of prior experience in a customer service voice process. Graduation is not mandatory.
