As a Customer Service Agent at Swissport based in Dublin Airport, you play a vital role in ensuring outstanding customer service for passengers and clients throughout their travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome passengers warmly and offer professional assistance during their journey.
  • Support passengers with check-in, luggage handling, and boarding procedures.
  • Address inquiries accurately, providing information on flight timings, baggage policies, and related details.
  • Ensure adherence to airline and airport security and safety regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and partners to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Manage and resolve customer concerns promptly and empathetically.
  • Carry out administrative duties including data entry, documentation, and reporting when needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or similar sectors is beneficial.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Capability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays aligned with operational requirements.

Additional Information
