About the Role
As a Customer Service Agent at Swissport based in Dublin Airport, you play a vital role in ensuring outstanding customer service for passengers and clients throughout their travel experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome passengers warmly and offer professional assistance during their journey.
- Support passengers with check-in, luggage handling, and boarding procedures.
- Address inquiries accurately, providing information on flight timings, baggage policies, and related details.
- Ensure adherence to airline and airport security and safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with team members and partners to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage and resolve customer concerns promptly and empathetically.
- Carry out administrative duties including data entry, documentation, and reporting when needed.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or similar sectors is beneficial.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Capability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays aligned with operational requirements.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to handle issues with initiative.
- High attention to detail in managing passenger information and documentation.

Additional Information
