About the Role
We are looking for a dependable and meticulous Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. This role involves providing regular administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations within the business. Working approximately 20 hours per week, the ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple administrative functions effectively while collaborating with colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer administrative assistance to managers and team members.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Create, format, and edit various business documents such as reports, correspondence, and spreadsheets.
- Maintain and organize electronic filing systems to keep documents current.
- Perform accurate data entry and uphold records across internal platforms.
- Oversee shared email inboxes by responding to or directing inquiries appropriately.
- Facilitate meeting logistics including agenda preparation, note-taking, and sharing follow-up materials.
- Assist with travel planning and processing expense reports when necessary.
- Support special projects and general administrative duties as assigned.
- Manage office supply orders and coordinate vendor services when applicable.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Safeguard confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Qualifications and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; postsecondary degrees are advantageous.
- Preferably 1–3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Experience working remotely or in hybrid settings is beneficial.

Work Schedule and Benefits
This part-time position involves roughly 20 hours weekly with a flexible schedule to meet business requirements.
