Full Cycle Recruiter

Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Full Cycle Recruiter to oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial requirement gathering to offer and onboarding for diverse roles. This fully remote position requires candidates to be based in Los Angeles, CA to support local hiring initiatives and occasional in-person collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across various departments and roles.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand needs, job descriptions, and sourcing approaches.
• Proactively identify and engage high-quality talent using job boards, social networks, and professional connections.
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews to assess skills and cultural compatibility.
• Organize interview schedules and ensure a smooth experience for candidates.
• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the hiring stages.
• Handle offer negotiations and coordinate onboarding efforts alongside HR representatives.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and keep accurate records within the applicant tracking system.
• Develop and maintain talent pools for current openings and future hiring demands.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience managing full recruitment cycles, preferably in fast-paced environments.
• Capability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously.
• Skilled in sourcing candidates primarily through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
• Excellent organizational, communicative, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
• Self-directed and adept at working in remote settings.
• Must reside in Los Angeles, CA.
