Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned acting professional to mentor actors at various career stages—whether preparing for auditions or establishing a lasting freelance career. The acting coach will facilitate the development of essential acting skills, including core techniques, character exploration, and script analysis. Coaching sessions will encompass scene study, cold reading, monologue guidance, and improvisation exercises. Additionally, coaches support performance enhancement through stage presence, voice training, and on-camera instruction, alongside assistance with creating compelling showreels for casting calls.

Additional Responsibilities

Beyond craft development, this role involves coaching students on audition readiness, interview tactics, resume and LinkedIn profile optimization, networking strategies, and guidance on negotiations related to agents and compensation within the freelancing landscape.

Qualifications and Approach

Ideal candidates possess substantial acting experience across stage, film, television, or mixed mediums, coupled with prior coaching or teaching background. A structured and transparent methodology to foster artistic and career growth is essential. Coaches enjoy autonomy over their scheduling and rates, conduct sessions online, and collaborate with our team to ensure a supportive and impactful experience for each student.
