Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Communication & Public Speaking Coach to assist clients in enhancing their communication and presentation capabilities. The position involves instructing on essential presentation techniques, promoting effective verbal communication, and developing skills such as active listening, nonverbal cues, and cross-cultural communication.
Coaches provide mentorship on persuasion, influence, negotiation, and conflict resolution methods. They also incorporate guidance on utilizing AI tools and automation relevant to communication practices. Ideal candidates bring practical experience in communication or public speaking, whether as speakers, trainers, or industry professionals, alongside a proven history of guiding individuals to communicate clearly and confidently.
Coaches customize their schedules and session rates, conduct virtual meetings, and collaborate with the Leland team to ensure a supportive and high-quality client experience.
