We are currently searching for an experienced Climate Tech & Sustainability Coach to assist clients aiming to enter or advance in climate and sustainability careers. This role involves instructing on essential climate consulting techniques, corporate sustainability practices, sustainable supply chain and operational methods, as well as guiding clients through climate policies, regulations, and accessing relevant funding and grants.

Responsibilities

• Teach clients core competencies related to climate consulting, corporate sustainability, and sustainable supply chain management.
• Guide clients through understanding and navigating climate-related policies, regulations, and funding opportunities.
• Provide career support including resume, LinkedIn, and cover letter reviews specifically tailored to climate tech and sustainability roles.
• Conduct personalized behavioral and technical interview preparation aligned with the sustainability sector.
• Advise clients on networking strategies and salary negotiation tactics.
• Offer flexible coaching by setting your own hours and rates and conducting sessions virtually in partnership with the Leland team to ensure excellent client experiences.

Qualifications and Skills

• Practical experience in climate technology, sustainability, or climate policy, including consultancy, industry leadership, or related roles.
• Comprehensive understanding of the climate and sustainability industry landscape.
• Ability to structure coaching engagements effectively to address both technical knowledge and career development.
