About the Organization
3i Education, founded in 2016, is a leading EdTech provider specializing in after-school Math and Science programs for students in Grades 1 to 10. The platform integrates technology with personalized teaching through multimedia, hands-on activities, and S.T.E.M. learning to foster curiosity and build strong conceptual understanding.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and explore opportunities for business growth through lead generation.
- Conduct outbound calls, send messages, and emails to generate new leads.
- Guide and counsel potential clients regarding program benefits, encouraging participation in trials or webinars.
- Manage both pre-sales and post-sales follow-up systematically.
- Establish and maintain trustworthy long-term relationships with clients.
- Create and update databases of potential clients using Salesforce or Excel.
- Consistently achieve targeted daily, weekly, and monthly sales and outreach goals.
- Maintain accurate records of client communication and progress.
Daily & Weekly Targets
- Make a minimum of 150 outbound calls each day.
- Respond promptly to client queries via calls and emails.
- Keep CRM systems updated with the latest lead information.
- Reach daily outreach and follow-up benchmarks.
- Generate at least 30 interested candidates weekly.
- Provide weekly progress updates to the sales manager.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Prior experience of 0 to 3 years as a telecaller or in a similar BPO/sales environment.
- Graduation completed in any discipline.
Essential Skills & Attributes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Fluent in both English and Hindi languages.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and record-keeping capabilities.
- Self-driven, creative, and eager to learn.
- Polite and professional demeanor in managing inbound and outbound calls.
- Effective objection handling with solution-oriented responses.
- Confidence, adaptability, motivation, goal orientation, time management, empathy, integrity, and problem-solving mindset.
Training & Compensation
- The initial training period provides a stipend of ₹5,000.
- Post-training salary is fixed at ₹15,000 per month.
