Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and explore opportunities for business growth through lead generation.
  • Conduct outbound calls, send messages, and emails to generate new leads.
  • Guide and counsel potential clients regarding program benefits, encouraging participation in trials or webinars.
  • Manage both pre-sales and post-sales follow-up systematically.
  • Establish and maintain trustworthy long-term relationships with clients.
  • Create and update databases of potential clients using Salesforce or Excel.
  • Consistently achieve targeted daily, weekly, and monthly sales and outreach goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communication and progress.
