Job Overview

This position involves executing recruitment with a focus on volume hiring for BPO and ITES roles. The workplace is based in Cyberhub, Gurgaon, and requires managing the hiring process extensively for a large workforce. The job demands at least three to six years of prior experience in recruitment.

Work Schedule

• Working six days every week
• Shift timing is from 11 AM to 8 PM

Primary Duties

• Handle the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates and onboarding new hires
• Collaborate with hiring managers to accurately assess staffing requirements
• Utilize various platforms such as job portals, social networks, and employee referrals to find potential candidates
• Perform candidate screening and conduct initial interview rounds
• Organize and coordinate subsequent interviews and communications with company stakeholders
• Update and maintain recruitment tracking and candidate pipelines to ensure efficiency
• Strive to provide candidates a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
