Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic consultant to business leaders on people-related matters including talent management, performance appraisal, total rewards, and employee relations to foster company growth.
• Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention, promoting a positive and productive workplace culture.
• Collaborate with the Corporate HR to implement global HR policies, procedures, and standards while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Partner with the broad HR team to promote persistent process enhancements and execute HR projects aimed at operational excellence.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess a degree and approximately 12 to 15 years of comprehensive HR experience, especially in strategic business partnering.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR policies across Asia, with specific experience in the China and Japan markets.
• Exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with various teams.
• Adapt in fast-moving, dynamic environments, showing flexibility in response to shifting business demands.
