Opportunity Overview
Join a prominent US-based technology firm as a Regional Human Resources Business Partner in Singapore. This newly established position involves strategic participation in key HR functions with a focus on supporting organizational expansion across the Asia region.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic consultant to business leaders on people-related matters including talent management, performance appraisal, total rewards, and employee relations to foster company growth.
- Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention, promoting a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with the Corporate HR to implement global HR policies, procedures, and standards while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Partner with the broad HR team to promote persistent process enhancements and execute HR projects aimed at operational excellence.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possess a degree and approximately 12 to 15 years of comprehensive HR experience, especially in strategic business partnering.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR policies across Asia, with specific experience in the China and Japan markets.
- Exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with various teams.
- Adapt in fast-moving, dynamic environments, showing flexibility in response to shifting business demands.
- Exemplify high personal integrity and strong ownership qualities.
- Be a proactive, curious self-starter eager to learn and evolve.
