About the Role

  • Possess 2 to 4 years of impactful B2B or field sales experience with a demonstrable record of achieving targets in high-volume, transactional contexts such as payment processing or similar fast-paced sales environments.
  • Exhibit strong discipline in managing a large sales pipeline and consistently reaching monthly acquisition goals, with proven negotiation skills to convert objections into partnerships.
  • Have a background preferably in Merchant Acquisition, FinTech SaaS (especially SMB-focused), or fast-paced FMCG B2B sectors, enabling quick adaptation and immediate contribution.
