About the Role
Varha Constructions seeks a diligent, organized, and proactive Receptionist & Administrative Executive to efficiently manage front office tasks, oversee administrative duties, coordinate with vendors and internal departments, and facilitate smooth daily office functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
- Maintain a neat and welcoming reception area to create a positive first impression.
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations including preparation of payment vouchers and maintaining office records.
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and other office records systematically.
- Schedule meetings and manage appointments as necessary.
- Liaise with vendors regarding material requirements and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate daily work updates and operational needs with internal staff.
- Track pending tasks and communicate progress to management regularly.
- Provide frequent updates and reports to the office owner about ongoing activities.
- Accurately perform data entry tasks using Excel and other office software.
- Prepare and update reports and spreadsheets.
- Maintain databases and office records effectively.
- Extensively use MS Office tools, particularly Excel and Word.
Required Skills and Qualifications

- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Eligibility and Experience
Applicants should hold a graduate degree in any field. Preferably, candidates will have 1 to 2 years of prior experience in reception and administrative roles. However, fresh graduates demonstrating excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office are also welcome to apply.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary range of 20000 to 30000 INR.
