Partnerships Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Partnerships Specialist to join our client, a boutique staffing firm expanding its footprint in the UAE. In this position, you will be pivotal in identifying new business opportunities, securing partnerships, and nurturing long-term relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, and government organizations throughout the UAE. You will act as the key liaison linking organizations requiring top talent with our internal recruitment teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage potential corporate clients, developers, multinational corporations, and SMEs to offer customized staffing, executive search, and workforce outsourcing solutions.
• Manage the full partnership cycle, including initial outreach, proposal delivery, contract negotiation, and partner onboarding.
• Keep meticulous records of partner communications, deal progress, and pipeline metrics using corporate CRM platforms.
• Analyze regional market trends, hiring needs, and competitor behavior to continuously update partnership and business strategies.
• Work collaboratively with Recruitment Consultants to guarantee that client vacancy requirements are met smoothly and efficiently.
• Raise company profile by attending major regional corporate events, industry exhibitions, and networking functions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related disciplines.
• At least 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate partnerships, business development, or recruitment agency environments.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE business landscape and experience managing commercial service contracts.

Compensation

The role offers a base salary combined with an uncapped commission structure.
