About the Role
Join Boeing's Global team as a Government, Industry & Partnerships Specialist based in Dubai, UAE. This role supports the Vice President for the Middle East and North Africa by shaping and driving Boeing's strategic vision to promote growth and enhance productivity across the region. The Boeing Global organization leads the development and implementation of country, regional, and enterprise-wide strategies while maintaining relationships with governments, industry stakeholders, policy makers, media, and academic institutions relevant to aerospace and related sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage regularly with Boeing’s business units to ensure an integrated, cohesive approach to business and partnership activities.
- Build and deepen connections with internal and external stakeholders, including government bodies, industry collaborators, customers, and strategic partners.
- Identify new business development prospects in regional growth markets.
- Assist in executing country and regional strategies aligned with Boeing's broader business objectives.
- Serve as the regional market expert, providing timely intelligence on market conditions and geopolitical developments.
- Coordinate and contribute to Boeing Global Engagement initiatives across the Middle East and Africa, including program delivery and impact assessments.
- Maintain all strategic and operational documentation for the team, such as country strategies, stakeholder maps, leadership briefing materials, meeting notes, progress trackers, and planning documents.
- Lead or support various enterprise and business-level initiatives as required.
- Support government relations efforts and cross-divisional projects throughout the region.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of five years’ experience in a comparable role within a regulated industry or a large government organization.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
Preferred Credentials
- Experience with a Fortune 500 company or a prominent consulting firm.
- Strong business insight with a proven ability to identify opportunities.
- Track record of effective engagement with government agencies.
- Research and analytical skills to prepare succinct, high-quality reports.
- Capability to navigate complex, matrixed organizational structures effectively.
Additional Information
Relocation assistance is not provided; candidates need to reside locally or relocate at their own expense. The employer offers visa sponsorship.
