• The candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related discipline.

• Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory for effective communication and operations.
• Experience working in a Tadbeer Center, recruitment agency, manpower supply company, or government service center is highly desirable.
