Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified Center Manager for a Tadbeer center located in Dubai, UAE. This role is crucial for overseeing operations within the center, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and managing recruitment and manpower supply activities effectively.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- The candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- Possession of certifications in Operations Management is considered advantageous.
- Applicants should have at least five years of proven experience in a management role.
- Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory for effective communication and operations.
- Experience working in a Tadbeer Center, recruitment agency, manpower supply company, or government service center is highly desirable.
- A comprehensive understanding of UAE labor laws, MOHRE systems, immigration processes, and regulations concerning domestic worker recruitment is essential.
