Position Overview

Join Premium Home Care Services as a Support Worker, where your focus will be on taking a person-centred approach to address the emotional, physical, social, and cultural requirements of our clients. You will serve as a champion for elderly and disabled individuals, upholding their dignity, independence, privacy, and overall well-being.

Key Duties

Assist clients with personal hygiene and grooming activities
Carry out light household chores to support daily living
Prepare meals and drinks to meet nutritional needs
Offer companionship and social interaction
Deliver daily care and assistance as necessary

Requirements

Must have a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
Possess or be in progress of Certificate III qualification in Aged Care or Disability Care
Certified in First Aid and CPR
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory
