Role Overview
Join a new solo placement home in Burton-on-Trent as a Support Worker, providing crucial support to a young individual requiring consistent and compassionate care. This position focuses on creating a safe, structured, and supportive environment that fosters emotional and developmental growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver practical and emotional support tailored to the young person's individualized care plan.
