Position Overview
Join Premium Home Care Services as a Support Worker, where your focus will be on taking a person-centred approach to address the emotional, physical, social, and cultural requirements of our clients. You will serve as a champion for elderly and disabled individuals, upholding their dignity, independence, privacy, and overall well-being.
Key Duties
- Assist clients with personal hygiene and grooming activities
- Carry out light household chores to support daily living
- Prepare meals and drinks to meet nutritional needs
- Offer companionship and social interaction
- Deliver daily care and assistance as necessary
Requirements
- Must have a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Possess or be in progress of Certificate III qualification in Aged Care or Disability Care
- Certified in First Aid and CPR
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory
