About the Role
We are looking to appoint a Senior Growth Marketer to lead our growth team and take full ownership of the customer acquisition funnel. This is a leadership position where you will manage a diverse team and be accountable for core business KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee a multidisciplinary growth team.
- Manage the entire customer acquisition process from start to finish.
- Develop and execute growth strategies, defining clear priorities for your team.
- Promote a rapid, AI-driven culture of hypothesis testing and learning.
- Be responsible for departmental KPIs and delivery targets.
- Mentor team members to elevate skills and effectiveness across all areas.
- Collaborate closely with the data team on tracking, attribution, and performance reporting.
- Provide leadership with performance updates framed in clear commercial terms.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience managing growth or performance marketing teams within fast-paced, high-growth direct-to-consumer brands, preferably in beauty, wellness, or consumer goods sectors.
- Extensive hands-on background in performance marketing before moving into leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in understanding and optimizing DTC marketing funnels end-to-end, identifying breakdowns and areas for enhancement.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, aligning media, creative, and copywriting efforts effectively.
- Exceptional analytical capabilities with a data-driven mindset focused on experimentation.
- History of developing talent and improving team performance.
- Solid understanding of DTC unit economics, knowing how acquisition cost affects margins and customer lifetime value.
