About the Role
We are actively looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive who has proven success in marketing construction materials, building products, or real estate/property solutions. The right candidate will excel at cultivating strong relationships, possesses in-depth knowledge of the construction sector, and reliably meets sales goals while identifying new customer opportunities and fostering lasting client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and finalize new sales deals within the construction and property markets.
- Establish and maintain connections with key stakeholders including contractors, developers, architects, engineers, consultants, distributors, and property investors.
- Source leads through networking, site visits, referrals, and thorough market research.
- Deliver product demonstrations and prepare detailed quotations for clients.
- Negotiate pricing structures and secure sales contracts.
- Consistently achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales objectives.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure prompt delivery and excellent customer support.
- Keep accurate CRM data and sales forecast reports up to date.
- Act as the company representative at relevant industry events.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Real Estate, or related disciplines is preferred.
- Between 3 to 7 years or more of demonstrated successful sales experience in construction materials, building products, or property sectors.
- Comprehensive understanding of the construction industry and market dynamics.
