Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive IT Project Coordinator to oversee and ensure smooth execution of projects within scope and budget. The role demands full-cycle project coordination from resource planning to client interaction while collaborating with diverse teams.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and finalize candidate selection according to business needs.
- Identify upcoming hiring requirements and design accurate job descriptions.
- Manage comprehensive coordination and support functions related to business operations.
- Plan and track resources such as personnel, timelines, and budgets to meet project demands.
- Recognize team members' strengths to effectively assign tasks and motivate timely completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct client meetings and deliver demo presentations as required.
- Develop work breakdown structures (WBS) outlining project tasks and resource needs.
- Organize schedules and allocate resources across various projects and disciplines.
- Forecast project timelines in partnership with stakeholders and drive process improvements aiming at quality and efficiency.
- Create, monitor, and report on performance metrics continuously.
- Maintain seamless communication with global stakeholders and customers, managing input/output dependencies.
- Ensure that project requirements and deliverables are clearly specified and meticulously tracked.
- Identify project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Consistently achieve project milestones on schedule.
- Utilize Zoho CRM proficiently for reporting and tracking progress.
Required Skills and Experience
- Excellent communication skills to manage internal and external collaboration.
- Resource management expertise to optimize personnel and task allocation.
- Strong project coordination abilities to handle diverse project components.
- Effective time management to adhere to deadlines and schedules.
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience with hands-on exposure to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) project management.
Educational and Certification Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related fields.
- Certifications such as PMP, Scrum, Agile, or similar are highly valued.
- Familiarity with industry standards, methodologies, and best practices is a plus.
