The work spans order monitoring, accessory handling, hardware rollout and retrieval, support for frontline users, conference room upkeep, and behind-the-scenes workstation setup. Key responsibilities

  • Manage inventory, asset records, preventive upkeep for conference rooms, and e-waste recycling activities.
  • Support a busy, high-volume environment centered on video conferencing spaces while keeping customer satisfaction a priority.
  • Maintain audio and visual performance, investigate technical issues, and respond to meeting-related requests from attendees.
  • Image, deploy, and recover laptop and desktop devices.
  • Provide IT and accessory support for more than 70,000 users worldwide, including workstation setup and accessory installation.
