This position is part of Astreya’s IT services team and focuses on delivering a smooth end-user experience for a very large global workforce. The work spans order monitoring, accessory handling, hardware rollout and retrieval, support for frontline users, conference room upkeep, and behind-the-scenes workstation setup. It is an entry-level IT services role that also involves handling more complex tasks with initiative and limited supervision.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage inventory, asset records, preventive upkeep for conference rooms, and e-waste recycling activities.
  • Support a busy, high-volume environment centered on video conferencing spaces while keeping customer satisfaction a priority.
  • Maintain audio and visual performance, investigate technical issues, and respond to meeting-related requests from attendees.
  • Image, deploy, and recover laptop and desktop devices.
  • Provide IT and accessory support for more than 70,000 users worldwide, including workstation setup and accessory installation.
  • Record completed work and monitor SLA commitments through ticketing tools.
  • Use inventory data management systems to keep stock data accurate and workflows moving efficiently.
  • Take part in major global initiatives when required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
