Job Overview
We seek a dynamic and goal-oriented Inside Sales Executive to transform qualified leads into customers using phone calls, WhatsApp, video meetings, and online counseling. This role demands strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to establish trust with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and counsel leads obtained via digital marketing initiatives.
- Assess customer needs to suggest appropriate training programs.
- Conduct sales conversations through calls, video sessions, and timely follow-ups.
- Present course features, advantages, pricing details, available offers, and payment methods clearly.
- Address customer concerns and successfully close admission deals.
- Keep detailed records of leads, follow-ups, and sales within CRM systems or Google Sheets.
- Meet or exceed sales goals on daily, weekly, and monthly bases.
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
- Foster lasting relationships with potential and current clients.
Required Qualifications and Skills
