About the Role
TalentPop App is seeking an Influencer Campaign Coordinator to efficiently manage the planning and execution of high-volume influencer marketing initiatives. This role demands strong project management skills and a deep passion for the creator economy, ensuring campaigns progress seamlessly from strategy development through to final performance evaluations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement influencer marketing strategies that align with company goals and key performance indicators.
- Identify and connect with influencers who strongly resonate with target demographics.
- Foster and maintain effective relationships with influencers, agencies, and external partners.
- Coordinate campaign schedules, oversee content creation, and ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Evaluate influencer content to guarantee consistency with brand messaging and identity.
- Leverage analytics tools to assess campaign outcomes and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with social media and paid marketing teams to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of one year demonstrated experience managing influencer and related marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms and influencer trends.
- Strong capability to analyze and interpret marketing performance data.
- A creative and enthusiastic approach toward driving brand innovation.
Technical Requirements
Candidates must own a personal computer or laptop meeting baseline specifications (Intel i5 processor, 8GB RAM minimum) and have a stable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps speed.
