About the Role
We are seeking a proficient and meticulous Framer to become part of our team at CBH Homes. This role involves working within a warehouse environment where you will be assembling and constructing wall panels for new home builds. Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and understand blueprints and construction drawings accurately.
- Measure, cut, and assemble lumber with precision to fabricate wall panels.
- Operate hand and power tools with safety and efficiency.
- Maintain the quality and specifications required for all completed work.
- Work cooperatively with colleagues to sustain a safe and productive workplace.
- Contribute to keeping the work area organized and clean.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in framing or similar construction roles.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Strong familiarity with various hand and power tools related to framing tasks.
- High attention to detail with dedication to quality workmanship.
- Capable of effective teamwork.
