This role involves working within a warehouse environment where you will be assembling and constructing wall panels for new home builds. Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and understand blueprints and construction drawings accurately.
• Measure, cut, and assemble lumber with precision to fabricate wall panels.
• Operate hand and power tools with safety and efficiency.
• Maintain the quality and specifications required for all completed work.
• Work cooperatively with colleagues to sustain a safe and productive workplace.
• Contribute to keeping the work area organized and clean.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in framing or similar construction roles.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Strong familiarity with various hand and power tools related to framing tasks.
• High attention to detail with dedication to quality workmanship.
• Capable of effective teamwork.
• Positive mindset paired with a strong professional ethic.
