About the Role

We are seeking a proficient and meticulous Framer to become part of our team at CBH Homes. This role involves working within a warehouse environment where you will be assembling and constructing wall panels for new home builds. Key Responsibilities

Interpret and understand blueprints and construction drawings accurately.
Measure, cut, and assemble lumber with precision to fabricate wall panels.
Operate hand and power tools with safety and efficiency.
Maintain the quality and specifications required for all completed work.
Work cooperatively with colleagues to sustain a safe and productive workplace.
Contribute to keeping the work area organized and clean.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in framing or similar construction roles.
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints.
Strong familiarity with various hand and power tools related to framing tasks.
High attention to detail with dedication to quality workmanship.
Capable of effective teamwork.
