Overview

This position requires a high school diploma and between 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience. The role is fully on-site, with no remote work options, located in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada.

Responsibilities

Develop strategies to achieve planned work schedules
Oversee and coordinate the efforts of food preparation and portioning staff
Provide training to employees regarding their job responsibilities, sanitary practices, and safety measures
Calculate the quantity of ingredients and supplies necessary for meal preparation
Ensure that both food quality and customer service standards are consistently met
Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally
Keep accurate records relating to inventory, equipment maintenance, sales, and waste
Generate and deliver necessary reports to management
Create appropriate work schedules for staff

Supervision

Manage a team of 5 to 10 employees.
