Job description
Overview
This position requires a high school diploma and between 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience. The role is fully on-site, with no remote work options, located in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategies to achieve planned work schedules
- Oversee and coordinate the efforts of food preparation and portioning staff
- Provide training to employees regarding their job responsibilities, sanitary practices, and safety measures
- Calculate the quantity of ingredients and supplies necessary for meal preparation
- Ensure that both food quality and customer service standards are consistently met
- Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally
- Keep accurate records relating to inventory, equipment maintenance, sales, and waste
- Generate and deliver necessary reports to management
- Create appropriate work schedules for staff
Supervision
Manage a team of 5 to 10 employees.
