Role Overview

As a DRA Collection Executive at Hi-Tek Syndicate based in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, you will be responsible for managing and recovering overdue payments in strict adherence to banking policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Initiate customer visits to follow up on outstanding dues and overdue payments.
Engage in negotiations to establish feasible repayment plans and resolve delinquent accounts effectively.
Maintain meticulous records of recovery activities and prepare daily reports documenting progress.
Ensure that all recovery actions comply with RBI regulations and the Debt Recovery Agent code of conduct.
Consistently meet monthly collection targets while interacting professionally and respectfully with customers.
