Role Overview

As a DRA Collection Executive at Hi-Tek Syndicate based in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, you will be responsible for managing and recovering overdue payments in strict adherence to banking policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate customer visits to follow up on outstanding dues and overdue payments.
• Engage in negotiations to establish feasible repayment plans and resolve delinquent accounts effectively.
• Maintain meticulous records of recovery activities and prepare daily reports documenting progress.
• Ensure that all recovery actions comply with RBI regulations and the Debt Recovery Agent code of conduct.
• Consistently meet monthly collection targets while interacting professionally and respectfully with customers.
