Role Overview
As a DRA Collection Executive at Hi-Tek Syndicate based in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, you will be responsible for managing and recovering overdue payments in strict adherence to banking policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate customer visits to follow up on outstanding dues and overdue payments.
- Engage in negotiations to establish feasible repayment plans and resolve delinquent accounts effectively.
- Maintain meticulous records of recovery activities and prepare daily reports documenting progress.
- Ensure that all recovery actions comply with RBI regulations and the Debt Recovery Agent code of conduct.
- Consistently meet monthly collection targets while interacting professionally and respectfully with customers.
