About the Role
Join Parfums Christian Dior as a Visual Merchandising Executive on a fixed-term contract through January 2027. Key Responsibilities
- Provide essential support to the UK Visual Merchandising (VM) department to ensure smooth operations.
- Translate creative briefs into tailored designs suitable for the local market, coordinate feedback with the central team, liaise with stakeholders, manage supplier projects, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Manage workflows related to LCP Counter rollouts for all seasonal activations throughout the year alongside your line manager.
- Take ownership of forecasts pertaining to all activations jointly with your supervisor.
- Oversee workflow processes for 3Axe locations concerning all annual animations.
- Lead project management for Christmas ad hoc campaigns.
- Handle procurement and budget management by working with purchasing teams to select optimal suppliers.
- Support various projects and lead logistics tasks such as ordering POS materials, testers, and video content.
- Manage strategy and execution for new LCP launches and DTR exclusive items.
- Ensure flawless DTR presentation on counters from beginning to end.
- Assist with installations during new product launches.
- Regularly visit London flagship stores to verify adherence to brand visual guidelines.
- Act as the main contact for field VM operations, facilitating dialogue with retail and field teams to promote continuous improvement based on feedback.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience preferably within luxury beauty or comparable sectors.

- Vendor management skills encompassing supplier communication, negotiation, and relationship building.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
